By submitting a wholesale application you agree not to resell Abundant Earth Fiber products through any online auction or third-party channels such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, or similar sites. Doing this will result in the termination of your account.
You must supply a copy of your state sales tax number or resellers permit.
International wholesale accounts are not accepted at this time.
There are no minimum purchase requirements for initial or subsequent orders. Though we can provide guidance on recommended starter quantities of wool tincture color packs, kits, and yarn.
Once your wholesale account is approved you will be given access to our wholesale products and pricing on our website. You can then login to view and purchase wholesale products online anytime.

Out of Stock Items
Out of stock products will be clearly indicated on the website with an estimate of when we expect to have them ready for ordering and shipment.
If you want to be notified when items are back in stock you can enter your email address and we will let you know when they are ready.
We do not accept pre-orders for out of stock items.
Prepayment of all orders is required before shipping any product.
We accept cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. We also accept accelerated payments from PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Net-30 or other credit terms are not provided at this time.
Delivery, Shipping & Handling
Shipping charges are calculated based on our negotiated rates from our carriers; USPS and UPS. Costs for packaging materials and handling fees are already accounted for in the listed price.
You may also opt to pick up your order at Abundant Earth Fiber for no additional charge.
Though most orders ship within 2 business days, larger orders may require more time, up to 5+ business days in some cases. If you require special handling or expedited service, please contact us directly to express your special needs and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping Errors / Damaged goods
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If you find any order errors, defective product, or product damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt of shipment. We will then either send replacement products at no charge or issue a credit to your account.
We endeavor to protect your reputation, and ours; if you or your customer finds an issue related to manufacturing defects (or otherwise) please contact us directly and we will work with you to find a speedy resolution.
Returns / Exchanges
All products are guaranteed to meet our high standards of quality. If you feel for any reason that these standards are unmet please reach out to us so that we can make it right. All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized and we will provide instructions for return shipment at the time of contact.
Unused wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective or damaged merchandise as noted above.

We do not offer exclusivity of Abundant Earth Fiber products in any one geographical area. However, we do strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our wholesale accounts by selling to businesses that are a reasonable distance from each other.

We value and respect your privacy. Maintaining and protecting this privacy is important to us and we will not sell, rent or share your e-mail address with others.
Your information will only be used by us to communicate order status or to notify you about changes or updates to our wholesale products, and promotions.
