I have been using these dye packs for years, and have introduced several friends and family to the fun and ease of use--even my 8 year-old granddaughter helped me about two weeks ago! And two days ago I dyed probably 500 grams of bulky merino-silk yarn and now knitting with it. To be honest, I haven't been able to achieve as saturated a color as I was hoping for, but what I got is beautiful and anyway, art is a process, not a product. Thanks for adding the new colorways and also the tinctures for non-protein fibers. I have a bunch of old materials I want to dye to make rags rugs out of.
I love knitting with this yarn, and imagine , as a weaver, it would be really great on the loom too. Pius, it just feels good and has the perfect twist.
I absolutely love this very squish and soft yarn. Such a joy to knit with.
This needle is absolutely the strongest I've ever used. Paying a bit more for quality tools is the way to go!!
I am very happy with my purchase of the size 38 and 40 needles. Both sizes are strong and versatile. The glass cases are a bonus and much appreciated.
I also enjoy felting with Abundant Earth Fiber's 100% Wool Batts.
This batt is extremely soft, the blend is East Fresian, Dorset and Hampshire wool. I don't know if the blends change. Abundant Earth Fiber is a great source for Yarn and Fiber, I have been pleased with all my purchases and will be a return customer.
My new felting needles, like all my purchases at Abundant Earth Fiber, are great. It really helps to have sharp, fresh needles. Along with the needles, my recent shipment of merino wool and batting is (as usual) the high quality of fiber I have grown to expect from AEF. I am so fortunate to have these producers here in my community, even if we are restrained from gathering at the moment. Thanks for all you do. I will keep stabbing wool with very sharp needles for the foreseeable future.

I bought some of the beautiful merino roving and is spins great, so soft. Bought some batts and they look good but I haven't felted with them yet.
I love it! Wonderful colorful pictures and most helpful information. Recommend it to any one who loves wool.
Thank you,
Elle
This 100 sheep breeds resource book is the size of a small paperback, but chock full of information on fiber and their uses for each breed. I have wanted a copy for awhile. I use it frequently. A plus plus plus.
